The integrated dashboard with LED indicators for the remaining power and the selected speed among the 5 available, can incorporate the controls of the electrical accessories, to guarantee the maximum ergonomics and safety to the operator during use.
Maximum safety even when stationary
All Zallys engines are equipped with an electric brake, which prevents the vehicle from moving when not in use. This is one of the many safety systems that Zallys equips all its products, to ensure the operator maximum safety during work.
Constant efficiency
The gears of Zallys engines are immersed in an oil bath: this makes maintenance practically zero and considerably extends the life of the engine, ensuring a very high and constant efficiency over time.
Modular and effective
The Zallys modular ballast system guarantees maximum flexibility in increasing vehicle performance. The single unit weighs 22 kg, so it can be equipped by the user without additional lifting systems; furthermore, thanks to the modular system the machine can be equipped with the right amount of ballasts to meet your requirements.

Zallys M10 - Electric tow tug mainly designed for towing wheeled loads up to 10.000 kg / 22046 lbs on flat grounds, and up to 15,000 kg (33,069 lbs) with the motor and wheels upgrade. The electric tow tug Zallys M10 is driven with a swivel tiller, which makes it easy to lead even heavy and bulky loads; it is adjustable in height and provided with a safety sensor which allows to work only in the presence of assigned personnel. The motor is equipped with an electromagnetic brake that blocks off the machine when not in use, preventing accidental slippery. Zallys M10 electric tow tug can be equipped with a wide range of hitches and ballasts that make it suitable for towing trails of carts or machinery and trailers. The compact size of our electric tuggers allows modern stage production process methods to be used while creating a safer working environment and preventing injuries. For the M10 tug Atex and IECEx certifications are available for an use in environments with potentially explosive dusts and gases. The explosion-proof transformations are carried out by the certifying bodies after their analysis. Atex and IECEx certifications are available for zones 1/21 and 2/22.
