The Zallys M6.5 is an electric mover designed to simplify the handling of heavy and bulky loads . Thanks to the optional electric lifting system , it is perfect for moving trailers and two-wheeled trailers. A versatile, powerful and maneuverable vehicle, easy to use and safe. The steering system is equipped with a deadman safety sensor and allows loads of up to 6,000 kg to be moved on level ground with extreme precision and effortlessness.
An electric brake is always active in the absence of voltage, ensuring safety when the machine is not in use.
Upon request, the Zallys M6.5 can be ATEX and IECEx certified (zones 1/21 and 2/22): the certification bodies will take care of the explosion-proof transformations after careful analysis.
Like all Zallys vehicles, the M6.5 is a high-quality Made in Italy product, guaranteed and CE certified in compliance with current European regulations.

The speed of this model is adjustable on 5 levels, to adapt the conduction based on the type of operation you are facing. The so-called Flex-to-go system, designed to be able to carry out maneuvers in fewer steps by reducing speed in tight spaces and travel long distances more quickly by accelerating on straights.
For each level the speed of the machine increases by 20%, according to this curve:
- 1st level: Speed at 20%;
- 2nd level: Speed at 40%;
- 3rd level: Speed at 60%;
- 4th level: Speed at 80%;
- 5th level: Maximum speed;

The right speed for every operation
The Zallys charger provides reliable and quality charging. Thanks to PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current peaks.
Furthermore, it is multi-voltage and adapts to the 110 or 220V electrical network and is equipped with "buffer" technology, essential for maintaining battery performance in the event of long periods of non-use.
High frequency external battery charger
The Zallys tillerhead was designed and created to make the operator's use of the machine more ergonomic, guaranteeing the right comfort for prolonged use during the work shift. Its ergonomic design allows you to have everything at hand:
- ignition key;
- LED display showing the remaining battery charge and the set speed;
- button for selecting the 5 speeds;
- horn button;
- maintained action travel controls;
- anti-crushing safety button;
- two extra button slots for additional accessories.

Ergonomic driving
This model is equipped as standard with two 130Ah batteries, which guarantee the machine an autonomy of 8 working hours with continuous use.
The batteries are AGM sealed and therefore do not require maintenance.

Electric lift (optional)
The optional lifting system transforms the Zallys M6.5 into a tug capable of handling trailers that need to be lifted on one side. For example, it is very useful for moving two-wheeled trailers, helicopters, boats, and caravans.
Modularity and effectiveness
The Zallys M6.5 ballasting system is composed of a set of modular ballasts. Thanks to this unique feature, the operator has maximum flexibility in increasing the machine's performance by always loading the right weight according to need: the single unit weighs only 10 kg , so no auxiliary lifting systems are needed to add or remove weight.

Tow hitches
The hitches are essential to complete Zallys handlers as they constitute the connection between the machine and the trolley, trailer or trailer to be towed.
