Zallys M5 is the compact and agile electric power pusher, designed to effortlessly tow and move wheeled loads of up to 4,000 kg even in the tightest spaces thanks to its small size. Its wide range of hitches and ballasts make it a versatile vehicle, capable of towing industrial, hospital and airport trolleys, as well as machinery, trailers, tourist planes, boats and caravans. The powerful AGM batteries guarantee operational autonomy for an 8-hour working shift.
The Zallys M5 electric power pusher has many integrated safety devices, such as the presence sensor and the anti-crush button. Upon request, Zallys M5 can be ATEX and IECEx certified: the certification bodies will take care of the explosion-proof transformations after careful analysis.
Like all Zallys vehicles, M5 is a high quality Made in Italy product, guaranteed and CE certified in compliance with current European regulations.

The speed of this model is adjustable on 5 levels, to adapt the conduction based on the type of operation you are facing. The so-called Flex-to-go system, designed to be able to carry out maneuvers in fewer steps by reducing speed in tight spaces and travel long distances more quickly by accelerating on straights.
For each level the speed of the machine increases by 20%, according to this curve:
- 1st level: Speed ​​at 20%;
- 2nd level: Speed ​​at 40%;
- 3rd level: Speed ​​at 60%;
- 4th level: Speed ​​at 80%;
- 5th level: Maximum speed;

The right speed for every operation
The Zallys charger provides reliable and quality charging. Thanks to PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current peaks.
Furthermore, it is multi-voltage and adapts to the 110 or 220V electrical network and is equipped with "buffer" technology, essential for maintaining battery performance in the event of long periods of non-use.
High frequency external battery charger
The Zallys tillerhead was designed and created to make the operator's use of the machine more ergonomic, guaranteeing the right comfort for prolonged use during the work shift. Its ergonomic design allows you to have everything at hand:
- ignition key;
- LED display showing the remaining battery charge and the set speed;
- button for selecting the 5 speeds;
- horn button;
- maintained action travel controls;
- anti-crushing safety button;
- two extra button slots for additional accessories.

Ergonomic driving
This model is equipped as standard with two 130Ah batteries, which guarantee the machine an autonomy of 8 working hours with continuous use.
The batteries are AGM sealed and therefore do not require maintenance.

Constant efficiency
The gears of Zallys motors are immersed in an oil bath : this makes maintenance practically zero and considerably extends the life of the motor , ensuring very high and constant efficiency over time.
Modularity and effectiveness
The modular ballast system of Zallys M5 gives flexibility in increasing the performance of the machine: the single unit weighs 9.5 kg , so a single operator can add or remove weight as needed, without the need for external lifting systems.
