The Zallys HS4 4-wheel electric trolley is versatile and finds application in various sectors, for example in industries, on construction sites and also for agricultural use, both outdoors and indoors. Sturdy and easy to handle, it can be equipped with a tub or a platform to transport loads of up to 1,000 kg. Thanks to the numerous safety systems, such as the presence sensor and the electromagnetic brake, the user can operate without risks, even on slopes of up to 30%. The electronic forward and reverse system with knob accelerator makes work easy and safe.

The following information is indicated on the control panel of the Zallys DUMPER-JET electric wheelbarrow:

  • the percentage of battery charge, with an additional light that signals when the level is critical and reminds you to recharge as soon as possible;
  • the selected travel direction (during reverse travel an intermittent acoustic signal will also be activated).

High efficiency 130 Ah batteries

The Zallys charger provides reliable and quality charging. Thanks to PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current peaks.

Furthermore, it is multi-voltage and adapts to the 110 or 220V electrical network and is equipped with "buffer" technology, essential for maintaining battery performance in the event of long periods of non-use.

High frequency external battery charger

The Zallys HS4 handlebar driving system has been designed and built to make the use of the machine more ergonomic for the operator, ensuring the right comfort for prolonged use during the work shift. Its ergonomic design allows you to have everything at your fingertips:

  1. ignition key;
  2. display showing the residual battery charge and the set direction;
  3. direction selector;
  4. deadman lever;
  5. maintained action accelerator;
  6. handle for emergency stop;
  7. Hand protections.

This model is equipped as standard with two 130Ah batteries, which guarantee the machine an autonomy of 8 working hours with continuous use.

The batteries are AGM sealed and therefore do not require maintenance.
