The JACK electric tractor has a load capacity of 500 kg and can tow up to 1,500 kg on flat surfaces.
JACK can be ATEX and IECEx certified. Explosion-proof conversions are performed by certifying bodies after their analysis, to ensure safety in the most hazardous workplaces.
Like all Zallys vehicles, JACK is a high-quality Made in Italy product, guaranteed and CE certified in compliance with current European regulations.

The speed of the Zallys JACK industrial electric tractor is adjustable on 5 levels, to adapt the operation based on the type of operation you are facing. The so-called Flex-to-go system, designed to be able to carry out maneuvers in fewer steps by reducing speed in tight spaces and travel long distances more quickly by accelerating on straights.
For each level the speed of the machine increases by 20%, according to this curve:
- 1st level: Speed at 20%;
- 2nd level: Speed at 40%;
- 3rd level: Speed at 60%;
- 4th level: Speed at 80%;
- 5th level: Maximum speed;

The right speed for every operation
The Zallys charger provides reliable and quality charging. Thanks to PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current peaks.
Furthermore, it is multi-voltage and adapts to the 110 or 220V electrical network and is equipped with "buffer" technology, essential for maintaining battery performance in the event of long periods of non-use.
High frequency external battery charger
On the handlebars of the Zallys JACK industrial electric tractor, ergonomic and user-friendly, the controls and control panel are positioned, everything within easy reach:
- ignition key;
- LED display indicating the remaining battery charge and the set speed;
- button for selecting the 5 speeds;
- horn button;
- maintained action accelerator;
- diverter for selecting the direction of travel;
- electronic emergency brake with lever;
- button for turning on the light.
Ergonomic driving
This model is equipped as standard with four 240Ah batteries, which guarantee the machine an autonomy of 8 working hours with continuous use.
The batteries are AGM sealed and therefore do not require maintenance.

Visibility in all conditions
The Zallys JACK industrial electric tractor is equipped with front and rear LED lights as standard, to ensure maximum visibility even in environments where lighting is not always adequate. Additional illuminated position indicators are available as accessories.
Maximum safety for the operator
On the platform of the Zallys JACK industrial electric tractor there are two pedals, to give the vehicle a greater level of safety during use:
deadman pedal, to avoid sudden and potentially dangerous movements when the machine is not in use;
pedal for the mechanical brake in case of emergency.
