Zallys JACK is the 3-wheel electric tow tractor that will revolutionize your industrial operations. The lowered platform allows the operator to get on and off the machine quickly and ergonomically.
The JACK electric tractor has a load capacity of 500 kg and can tow up to 1,500 kg on level ground.
JACK can be ATEX and IECEx certified. The explosion-proof transformations are carried out by the certifying bodies following their analysis, to guarantee safety in the most dangerous workplaces.

The speed of the Zallys JACK industrial electric tractor is adjustable on 5 levels, to adapt the operation based on the type of operation you are facing. The so-called Flex-to-go system, designed to be able to carry out maneuvers in fewer steps by reducing speed in tight spaces and travel long distances more quickly by accelerating on straights.
For each level the speed of the machine increases by 20%, according to this curve:
- 1st level: Speed at 20%;
- 2nd level: Speed at 40%;
- 3rd level: Speed at 60%;
- 4th level: Speed at 80%;
- 5th level: Maximum speed;

The right speed for every operation
The Zallys charger provides reliable and quality charging. Thanks to PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current peaks.
Furthermore, it is multi-voltage and adapts to the 110 or 220V electrical network and is equipped with "buffer" technology, essential for maintaining battery performance in the event of long periods of non-use.
High frequency external battery charger
On the handlebars of the Zallys JACK industrial electric tractor, ergonomic and user-friendly, the controls and control panel are positioned, everything within easy reach:
- ignition key;
- LED display indicating the remaining battery charge and the set speed;
- button for selecting the 5 speeds;
- horn button;
- maintained action accelerator;
- diverter for selecting the direction of travel;
- electronic emergency brake with lever;
- button for turning on the light.
Ergonomic driving
This model is equipped as standard with four 240Ah batteries, which guarantee the machine an autonomy of 8 working hours with continuous use.
The batteries are AGM sealed and therefore do not require maintenance.

Visibility in all conditions
The Zallys JACK industrial electric tractor is equipped as standard with front and rear LED lights , to always guarantee maximum visibility even in environments where the lighting level is not always adequate. Additional luminous position indicators are available and can be purchased as accessories.
Maximum safety for the operator
On the platform of the Zallys JACK industrial electric tractor there are two pedals, to give the vehicle a greater level of safety during use:
deadman pedal, to avoid sudden and potentially dangerous movements when the machine is not in use;
pedal for mechanical brake in case of emergency.

Longer frame
Zallys JACK L is a bigger version of the industrial electric tractor Zallys JACK. It has the same performances and technical characteristics of the standard version, and is 400 mm longer; this feature makes it an extremely versatile vehicle, suitable both for towing trolleys and for transporting material on a loading platform as well as, of course, for agile and comfortable movement of personnel.

ATEX and IECEx certifications
Upon request, the industrial electric tractor Zallys JACK can be modified according to ATEx or IECEx directives (zones 1/21 and 1/22) for use in environments with potentially explosive dust and gas. The explosion-proof transformations and certification will be carried out through specialized bodies following their analysis and tests.

Most models in the Zallys range can handle slopes, for further information consult the technical data sheets of the specific model.
Can Zallys electric vehicles be used on the road?
No. Zallys vehicles are designed for industrial use in limited areas and cannot circulate on roads, pavements, cycle paths or in public places in general. For particular cases, such as machines used for park maintenance, cleaning pavements or collecting municipal waste, authorization is required from the competent bodies.
How much time does the Zallys products warranty last?
The warranty is valid worldwide for 12 months starting from the date of delivery validated by a fiscal document, excluding components subject to wear and tear. For more information, do not hesitate to contact us.
