Zallys M6.5 è un mover elettrico studiato per semplificare la manipolazione di carichi pesanti e ingombranti. Grazie al sistema opzionale di sollevamento elettrico, è perfetto per movimentare rimorchi e carrelli a due ruote. Un veicolo versatile, potente e maneggevole, facile da usare e sicuro. Il sistema di guida con timone sterzante è dotato di sensore di sicurezza uomo presente, e permette di muovere carichi fino a 6.000 kg su suolo piano con estrema precisione e senza sforzo.
Un elettrofreno è sempre attivo in assenza di tensione, assicurando la sicurezza quando la macchina non è in uso.
Su richiesta, Zallys M6.5 può essere certificato ATEX e IECEx (zone 1/21 e 2/22): gli enti certificatori si occuperanno delle trasformazioni antideflagranti previa attenta analisi.
Come tutti i veicoli Zallys, M6.5 è un prodotto Made in Italy di alta qualità, garantito e certificato CE nel rispetto delle normative europee vigenti.

The speed of this model is adjustable on 5 levels, to adapt the conduction based on the type of operation you are facing. The so-called Flex-to-go system, designed to be able to carry out maneuvers in fewer steps by reducing speed in tight spaces and travel long distances more quickly by accelerating on straights.
For each level the speed of the machine increases by 20%, according to this curve:
- 1st level: Speed at 20%;
- 2nd level: Speed at 40%;
- 3rd level: Speed at 60%;
- 4th level: Speed at 80%;
- 5th level: Maximum speed;

The right speed for every operation
The Zallys charger provides reliable and quality charging. Thanks to PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current peaks.
Furthermore, it is multi-voltage and adapts to the 110 or 220V electrical network and is equipped with "buffer" technology, essential for maintaining battery performance in the event of long periods of non-use.
High frequency external battery charger
The Zallys tillerhead was designed and created to make the operator's use of the machine more ergonomic, guaranteeing the right comfort for prolonged use during the work shift. Its ergonomic design allows you to have everything at hand:
- ignition key;
- LED display showing the remaining battery charge and the set speed;
- button for selecting the 5 speeds;
- horn button;
- maintained action travel controls;
- anti-crushing safety button;
- two extra button slots for additional accessories.

Ergonomic driving
This model is equipped as standard with two 130Ah batteries, which guarantee the machine an autonomy of 8 working hours with continuous use.
The batteries are AGM sealed and therefore do not require maintenance.

Sollevamento elettrico (opzionale)
Il sistema di sollevamento opzionale trasforma il mover Zallys M6.5 in un rimorchiatore in grado di movimentare trailer che necessitano di essere alzati da un lato. Per esempio risulta molto utile per movimentare carrelli a 2 ruote, elicotteri, barche e roulotte.
Modularità ed efficacia
Il sistema di zavorraggio di Zallys M6.5 è composto da un insieme di zavorre modulari. Grazie a questa peculiare caratteristica, l'operatore ha la massima flessibilità nell'aumentare le performance della macchina caricando sempre il giusto peso a seconda della necessità: la singola unità pesa soltanto 10 kg, quindi per aggiungere o togliere peso non sono necessari sistemi di sollevamento ausiliari.

Tow hitches
The hitches are essential to complete Zallys handlers as they constitute the connection between the machine and the trolley, trailer or trailer to be towed.
Different types are available:
- manual plug, ball, multifunction or specific for roll-boxes;
- with electric clamp controlled directly by the head;
- with hydraulic clamp.
Ballasts
The Zallys modular ballast system guarantees maximum flexibility in increasing the performance of the vehicle. The single unit is lightweight and can be assembled by one operator without the need for auxiliary lifting; in this way the machine can be ballasted with the right weight according to needs.
