The Zallys M10 electric tiller-driven tug is a formidable assistant for moving the heaviest and most difficult loads: it can handle weights up to 15,000 kg effortlessly, making work easier and more precise, thanks also to the steering tiller, which allows for effortless maneuvering of even the heaviest and bulkiest loads. An electric brake is always active even when the power is off, ensuring safety when the machine is not in use. With its hooks and ballast, the Zallys M10 is highly versatile and can be used for a wide range of applications, from handling large metal components to towing buses along production lines. Furthermore, the M10 can be Atex and IECEx certified (zones 1/21 and 2/22) for use in environments with potential dust and gas explosion risks, through specialized bodies.
Like all Zallys vehicles, the M10 is a high-quality Made in Italy product, guaranteed and CE certified in compliance with current European regulations.

The speed of this model is adjustable on 5 levels, to adapt the conduction based on the type of operation you are facing. The so-called Flex-to-go system, designed to be able to carry out maneuvers in fewer steps by reducing speed in tight spaces and travel long distances more quickly by accelerating on straights.
For each level the speed of the machine increases by 20%, according to this curve:
- 1st level: Speed at 20%;
- 2nd level: Speed at 40%;
- 3rd level: Speed at 60%;
- 4th level: Speed at 80%;
- 5th level: Maximum speed;

The right speed for every operation
The Zallys charger provides reliable and quality charging. Thanks to PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current peaks.
Furthermore, it is multi-voltage and adapts to the 110 or 220V electrical network and is equipped with "buffer" technology, essential for maintaining battery performance in the event of long periods of non-use.
High frequency external battery charger
The Zallys tillerhead was designed and created to make the operator's use of the machine more ergonomic, guaranteeing the right comfort for prolonged use during the work shift. Its ergonomic design allows you to have everything at hand:
- ignition key;
- LED display showing the remaining battery charge and the set speed;
- button for selecting the 5 speeds;
- horn button;
- maintained action travel controls;
- anti-crushing safety button;
- two extra button slots for additional accessories.

Ergonomic driving
This model is equipped as standard with four 350Ah batteries, which guarantee the machine an autonomy of 8 working hours with continuous use.
The batteries are AGM sealed and therefore do not require maintenance.

Side gear buttons
The Zallys M10 heavy-duty electric tug is equipped with side travel buttons as standard to facilitate the machine-trailer connection. These buttons allow the machine to be moved slowly from a position close to the hook, positioning it precisely and in complete safety.

On what type of flooring can Zallys products be used?
Most Zallys electric vehicles have pneumatic wheels suitable for both indoors and outdoors. Some models, such as the DUMPER-JET electric wheelbarrow, are fitted with tires suitable for use on uneven terrain while others, such as the K4 electric tractor or the M15 battery-powered trolley, are designed for predominantly indoor use and therefore are fitted with super-elastic non-marking wheels suitable for industrial flooring.
How long can I find spare parts for a machine I purchased?
Zallys guarantees the availability of spare parts for life. Thanks to the sophisticated table system, each machine has its specific spare parts in the archive, which can always be consulted in the Reserved Area. In this way, it will be possible to order spare parts even for very old or even discontinued machines.

Yes, Zallys electric vehicles do not require any license to be used and are all CE certified.
