Electric transporter for bars and tubes
Zallys M8 is a specific electric transporter for tube bundles, designed to transport tubes and bars up to 4 meters long and weighing up to 3,000 kg. Thanks to the front wheel drive of the motor wheel, it is extremely easy to handle even in narrow spaces, allowing the operator to bring the load closer to the production lines with agility. The Zallys M8 electric transporter for tube bundles is equipped as standard with 240 Ah AGM batteries which guarantee the use of the vehicle for at least two work shifts.
The particular modular structure of the machine allows, upon request, to extend the frame to carry pipes up to 6 meters and/or insert a customizable support surface to increase the capacity to 4,000 kg.
Like all Zallys vehicles, M8 is a high quality Made in Italy product, guaranteed and CE certified in compliance with current European regulations.

The speed of this model is adjustable on 5 levels, to adapt the conduction based on the type of operation you are facing. The so-called Flex-to-go system, designed to be able to carry out maneuvers in fewer steps by reducing speed in tight spaces and travel long distances more quickly by accelerating on straights.
For each level the speed of the machine increases by 20%, according to this curve:
- 1st level: Speed at 20%;
- 2nd level: Speed at 40%;
- 3rd level: Speed at 60%;
- 4th level: Speed at 80%;
- 5th level: Maximum speed;

The right speed for every operation
The Zallys charger provides reliable and quality charging. Thanks to PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, it improves battery performance during charging and prevents potentially harmful current peaks.
Furthermore, it is multi-voltage and adapts to the 110 or 220V electrical network and is equipped with "buffer" technology, essential for maintaining battery performance in the event of long periods of non-use.
High frequency external battery charger
The Zallys tillerhead was designed and created to make the operator's use of the machine more ergonomic, guaranteeing the right comfort for prolonged use during the work shift. Its ergonomic design allows you to have everything at hand:
- ignition key;
- LED display showing the remaining battery charge and the set speed;
- button for selecting the 5 speeds;
- horn button;
- maintained action travel controls;
- anti-crushing safety button;
- two extra button slots for additional accessories.

Ergonomic driving
This model is equipped as standard with four 240Ah batteries, which guarantee the machine an autonomy of 8 working hours with continuous use.
The batteries are AGM sealed and therefore do not require maintenance.
Autonomy for an entire working day
Thanks to the modular frame, the Zallys M8 electric transporter can be built in a longer version to load bars and pipes up to 6 meters in length.

Agility and efficiency
Thanks to the traction of the motor wheel and the fifth wheel which allows the rudder to be rotated 180°, the Zallys M8 bar and tube conveyor is extremely manageable and easy to direct. Even in situations with limited spaces, the machine is driven and moved with very few maneuvers and without effort on the part of the operator.

- tiller-driven vehicles are equipped with an anti-crush button on the head;
- electric wheelbarrows have hand guards on both handlebars.
In addition to these devices already integrated in the basic version of the machines, it is possible to add, depending on the model, flashing lights or warning lights, wheel protections or intermittent buzzers.
