The customer was looking for a compact and agile vehicle to tow glass sheets from the production area to the warehouse, which would make it easier for the operator to get on and off to leave immediately after unloading the sheet.
Our solution:
The Zallys JACK electric tractor, created to speed up travel, has a very low platform to allow the operator to get off and move on quickly. Furthermore, the three wheels help reduce the turning circle, for easier manoeuvres.

The customer wanted a safe and ergonomic system for his employees to move trolleys with heavy glass sheets.
Our solution:
The M12 vertical hauler is the ideal solution for moving glass plate trolleys in a safe and ergonomic way. Zallys M12 emits very low levels of vibration, this makes it perfect for towing delicate materials such as glass sheets.

Furthermore:
- tiller-driven vehicles are equipped with an anti-crush button on the head;
- electric wheelbarrows have hand guards on both handlebars.
In addition to these devices already integrated in the basic version of the machines, it is possible to add, depending on the model, flashing lights or warning lights, wheel protections or intermittent buzzers.
